Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic SEO Workflows: Design autonomous agent systems that can crawl, analyze, and optimize content ecosystems without human intervention.
- Optimize for SGE: Implement strategies specifically tailored for the Search Generative Experience (SGE) and Google's AI Overviews.
- Vector Database Management: Structure unstructured data to ensure high-relevance retrieval in semantic search environments.
- Prompt Engineering Strategy: Develop technical prompts and data schemas that guide AI models to surface our client's content accurately.
- Algorithmic Monitoring: Track real-time changes in AI ranking factors and adjust infrastructure accordingly.
Qualifications
- Technical Mastery: 5+ years of experience in SEO, technical architecture, or data engineering, with a specific focus on AI.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go for building SEO automation bots and scrapers.
- LLM Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer models, embeddings, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture.
- Analytics: Ability to interpret complex neural network outputs and translate them into actionable SEO directives.
- Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced, experimental environments where the definition of 'success' is constantly evolving.
