Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic architectural vision for the Horizon Initiative, translating futuristic concepts into concrete technical roadmaps.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data and quantum computing protocols.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and technical excellence.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies and standardize their integration into our existing stack to ensure long-term viability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security experts, and AI researchers to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Crisis Management: Lead high-stakes technical initiatives and resolve complex architectural bottlenecks under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech Fluency: Proven experience working with AI/ML integration, blockchain infrastructure, or quantum computing concepts.
