Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technological roadmap for 2026, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives, identifying emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge) to drive product differentiation.
- Team Management: Mentor and manage high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
