Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 transition, defining technical milestones and resource allocation for emerging tech integration.
- System Modernization: Overhaul legacy frameworks to ensure seamless interoperability with future-proof protocols and microservices architectures.
- Tech Innovation: Research and prototype bleeding-edge technologies, including generative AI models and edge computing solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering squad, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve throughput in high-volume distributed systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep expertise in React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Futuristic Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration, blockchain foundations, and quantum computing concepts.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams through complex digital transformations.
