Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Translate high-level business objectives into a concrete technical execution plan for the 2026 release cycle.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of microservices and cloud-native architectures capable of handling massive scale.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring junior developers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Continuously improve system latency and reliability, ensuring zero downtime for critical services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Designers to align technical capabilities with user needs.
- Innovation Implementation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex architectural transitions.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and make data-driven technical decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
