Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable systems designed for the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the integration of cutting-edge AI, machine learning, and quantum computing concepts into core product lines.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (e.g., AR/VR, neural interfaces).
- Define technical roadmaps and strategic initiatives aligned with long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to drive product vision from conception to launch.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and architects to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Architecture, or Product Strategy.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technology initiatives from concept to completion.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
