Responsibilities
- Architect Immersive Experiences: Lead the development of high-performance 2D and 3D web applications using WebGL, Three.js, and modern Canvas technologies.
- Optimize Rendering Pipelines: Write highly optimized GLSL shaders and JavaScript code to ensure silky smooth 60fps animations across all devices.
- Creative Problem Solving: Translate complex 3D concepts and 2D motion design into clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Performance Tuning: Analyze and optimize bundle sizes, asset loading, and rendering performance to ensure the best possible user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical feasibility.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to uphold our high standards of engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Technical Mastery: 5+ years of professional experience in web development, with a strong focus on 2D/3D graphics.
- Graphics Libraries: Deep proficiency in Three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, or PixiJS.
- Shaders: Expert knowledge of GLSL and the ability to write custom shaders for visual effects.
- Math & Physics: Strong understanding of linear algebra, vector math, and physics simulations.
- Modern Stack: Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating complex WebGL or Canvas projects.
