Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-fidelity 2D animations and motion graphics for web, mobile, and broadcast media.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and copywriters to align visual storytelling with strategic goals.
- Develop character rigs and custom animation loops for interactive projects.
- Maintain and optimize the studio’s animation pipeline using industry-standard tools.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior animators and designers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new software and rendering techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or similar fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and Cinema 4D.
- A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating advanced motion skills and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of timing, spacing, and character performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
