Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity 2D graphics, illustrations, and UI assets for web and mobile platforms using vector and raster techniques.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers and frontend developers to ensure visual consistency and seamless integration of assets.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive style guide and design system to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create engaging animations, micro-interactions, and motion graphics to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on visual concepts effectively.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to the creative team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design, illustration, or UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in vector illustration, flat design, and motion graphics.
- Experience with design prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills and an eagle eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
