Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust 2D rendering pipelines and visual effects for web and mobile applications.
- Optimize rendering performance to ensure fluid frame rates across a wide range of devices and network conditions.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate creative mockups into pixel-perfect, high-fidelity implementations.
- Develop and maintain reusable graphics libraries and shaders to accelerate the development of new features.
- Debug complex rendering issues and implement mathematical solutions for physics and animation simulations.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices in graphics programming and optimization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphics programming and animation.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 Canvas, or WebGL.
- Strong command of C++ or C# for high-performance graphics work (e.g., Unity or Unreal Engine 2D modules).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, vector mathematics, and rasterization algorithms.
- Experience with performance profiling tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools, Firefox Profiler).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
