Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity 2D animations and motion graphics for web, mobile, and video platforms.
- Create storyboards and animatics to visualize concepts before production.
- Collaborate with art directors and developers to ensure technical feasibility of animation assets.
- Maintain and update character rigs and asset libraries to streamline the production pipeline.
- Optimize video files and render sequences for maximum performance and quality across devices.
- Provide creative feedback and mentorship to junior designers.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in 2D animation or motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Cinema 4D.
- Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, squash and stretch).
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and technical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with HTML5/CSS3 for web-based animations is a plus.
