Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-quality 2D motion graphics for web, mobile, and video campaigns.
- Create smooth, engaging animations using industry-standard software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual concepts with project goals and timelines.
- Optimize animation files for performance and compatibility across all devices.
- Maintain and update a library of assets, templates, and style guides.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and junior animators to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 2D motion design and motion graphics.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in character animation, kinetic typography, and visual effects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Cinema 4D.
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and physics in animation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience with HTML5/CSS3 and basic coding knowledge is a plus.
