Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and multi-step reasoning.
- Design robust prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning pipelines for proprietary LLMs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to integrate AI agents into existing software ecosystems.
- Optimize inference latency and cost-efficiency for high-volume AI workloads.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and interpretability in autonomous systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing of agent behaviors to ensure reliability and fault tolerance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama) and frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGPT.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and microservices.
- Demonstrated experience in deploying models to production environments at scale.
