Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable multi-agent architectures using Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize inference pipelines and reduce latency to enable real-time autonomous decision-making.
- Develop and enforce safety, alignment, and ethical protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers and product managers to define the roadmap for 2026 AI capabilities.
- Conduct rigorous testing and benchmarking of agent performance against emerging industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent significant experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML research and deployment.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI patterns.
- Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT) and workflow orchestration.
