Responsibilities
- Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design and deploy scalable frameworks that allow AI agents to collaborate, plan, and execute complex tasks independently.
- Optimize LLM Performance: Implement advanced inference techniques, including quantization and speculative decoding, to reduce latency and costs.
- Build Robust RAG Pipelines: Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems that ensure factual accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Implement Safety & Alignment: Create rigorous guardrails and reinforcement learning loops to ensure AI behavior remains ethical and controllable.
- Research & Prototype: Experiment with novel transformer architectures and training methodologies to push performance boundaries.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years focused on Machine Learning or AI.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python and PyTorch/JAX.
- AI Expertise: Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, and HuggingFace Transformers.
- Systems: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
