Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable inference pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model latency and throughput for real-time edge deployment in 2026-ready environments.
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in designing novel neural architectures.
- Implement rigorous testing protocols for safety and alignment in autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate theoretical AI capabilities into commercial applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-level ML models (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and generative AI techniques.
