Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for multi-agent AI systems.
- Optimize LLM (Large Language Model) orchestration for real-time decision making.
- Lead the integration of vision and language models into autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI agents.
- Strong understanding of LLM fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Excellent communication skills and technical leadership experience.
