Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient deep learning models and neural network architectures.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D initiatives to explore emerging AI methodologies, including Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Production Deployment: Manage the end-to-end deployment of AI models into cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior architect role.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Cloud: Strong experience deploying models on AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Mathematics: Deep understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
