Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy robust, scalable machine learning and deep learning models.
- Lead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) architectures.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI roadmaps.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI solutions.
