As we approach our 2026 strategic rollout, we are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the technical execution of our flagship neural network platform.
Role Overview: You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale AI systems. This is a high-impact role requiring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to guide a team of elite engineers toward a unified vision.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance standards are met for our 2026 release.
- Model Architecture: Design and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of data scientists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- System Optimization: Improve model inference speeds and reduce latency through advanced optimization techniques and hardware acceleration (GPU/TPU).
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business goals into robust technical solutions.
- Research Integration: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our production environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on machine learning and deep learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
