Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead the design and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model versioning, monitoring, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to keep our stack at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and experience fine-tuning foundation models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and distributed computing systems (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Docker Compose).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
