Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and large language models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product infrastructure.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy for high-volume production environments.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model versioning.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on advanced AI techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
