As part of our elite R&D team, you will be responsible for architecting robust, scalable AI systems and leading the technical vision for our flagship products.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Models tailored for enterprise scalability.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models, from data engineering to deployment and monitoring.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI department, ensuring high code quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly applications.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to integrate them into our 2026 product roadmap.
- Mentor and inspire a team of talented data scientists and engineers.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native AI solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of neural network architectures.
