Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and tool execution.
- Design robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimize inference latency and cost-efficiency for large language models in high-traffic environments.
- Implement rigorous evaluation frameworks and guardrails to ensure AI safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into existing enterprise workflows.
- Stay ahead of the curve on the latest advancements in 2026 AI trends, including Multimodal models and Chain-of-Thought prompting.
- Lead technical mentorship for junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or AI software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of implementing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
