- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in automated decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development roadmaps.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency, throughput, and resource efficiency to ensure real-time performance in production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architecture role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving projects from conception to successful deployment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
