Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines designed for 2026 deployment.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge Generative AI models and algorithms.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for future AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing) to ensure our stack remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) leading AI/ML architecture in a production environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional engineering teams.
