Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures capable of handling massive data loads and complex predictive modeling.
- Lead R&D: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and reinforcement learning to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine and optimize model training pipelines and inference engines for maximum efficiency and speed.
- Collaborate: Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate advanced AI features into our core products seamlessly.
- Ethics & Safety: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for AI safety, fairness, and transparency in our development processes.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML development.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Specialization: Proven track record working with LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
