Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI and Machine Learning systems for the Year 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing software ecosystems.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance, model training, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system architecture assessments to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge computing to drive strategic technology decisions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
