Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Spearhead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- System Architecture: Design high-throughput, low-latency inference pipelines capable of handling millions of requests per second.
- Model Optimization: Implement techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distillation to optimize models for edge devices.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and establish best practices for AI engineering.
- Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-level machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
