The Opportunity

As the Architect of our 2026 roadmap, you will be responsible for designing robust, secure, and high-performance AI systems that will define our product suite for years to come. We are looking for a thought leader who thrives in ambiguity and possesses the technical prowess to execute complex architectural strategies.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the 2026 Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of the core AI infrastructure for our upcoming 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
• Model Strategy: Select and fine-tune large-scale generative models and transformer architectures to meet specific business requirements and performance benchmarks.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in code quality and system design.
• Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference latency and optimize resource utilization for real-time AI applications.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable development roadmaps.
• Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure all AI systems adhere to industry compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA).

Qualifications

• Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and large-scale system design.
• Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying LLMs (Large Language Models) and multimodal AI systems in production environments.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical vision from conception to delivery.
• Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex algorithmic and architectural challenges.
