Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the end-to-end design and implementation of the 2026 Protocol neural networks and AI infrastructure.
- Model Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for real-time data processing, latency reduction, and high-throughput decision-making.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Design scalable, fault-tolerant cloud architectures using AWS, GCP, or Azure to support massive data workloads.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for data privacy, algorithmic bias, and ethical AI usage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into scalable solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, researching emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing to enhance our product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in specialized AI/ML architecture and leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of deploying complex ML models to production environments in major cloud providers.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
