Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for generative AI models, focusing on long-term sustainability and performance.
- Lead Model Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for fine-tuning and deploying LLMs to ensure readiness for the 2026 market demands.
- Multimodal Integration: Spearhead the integration of text, vision, and audio data to create seamless, context-aware AI agents.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Drive research into model quantization, pruning, and latency reduction to optimize inference costs.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research to solve complex problems in reasoning, hallucination reduction, and autonomous decision-making.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience working with Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, Llama 3).
