Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision and architectural standards for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead Model Strategy: Oversee the selection and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks, optimizing for performance and cost.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- System Optimization: Design high-availability, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling billions of requests with sub-millisecond latency.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure all AI deployments adhere to the highest industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architect or engineering leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and leading teams through complex architectural transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
