Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging technological trends.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning systems and generative AI models.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating new technologies to enhance our product offerings.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business units, to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Deep understanding of NLP and Computer Vision.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think long-term and design systems that are robust, secure, and adaptable to future market changes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
