Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI agents and multi-modal LLM systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize model inference and fine-tune foundation models for specific enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Security) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI deployment.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for emerging AI technologies.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
