Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI systems aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Define and enforce best practices for data engineering, machine learning model deployment, and system scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, ensuring our stack is future-proof.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and performance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
