Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for the 2026 release cycle.
- Model Architecture: Design and optimize complex machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate breakthrough technologies into our production stack.

- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Design) to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
