Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge generative AI models and large language models (LLMs).
- Optimize deep learning pipelines to reduce latency and improve inference speeds.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills and experience leading technical teams.
