Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure scaling through 2026.
- Design distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput inference for large language models.
- Collaborate with ML researchers to bridge the gap between theoretical models and production-grade deployment.
- Implement advanced caching strategies and hardware acceleration optimizations (GPU/TPU).
- Ensure system reliability, security, and data privacy across all AI workloads.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on distributed systems and machine learning infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Go for high-performance computing.
- Proven experience designing systems for LLM inference and model serving (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray, Triton Inference Server).
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Experience with edge computing and federated learning frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
