Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance for the 2026 era.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and predictive analytics.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems that handle high-throughput data streams with zero latency.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale AI models.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead technical teams and drive projects from conception to delivery.
