Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing and training.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, defining milestones and technical deliverables.
- Optimize deep learning models for inference speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of engineering excellence.
- Research and integrate state-of-the-art algorithms and frameworks into production environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI applications.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
