Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in AI ethics, federated learning, and edge computing.
- Oversee the integration of AI models into production environments, ensuring robustness and security.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
