Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for our proprietary AI engines targeting deployment by the year 2026.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, high-performance machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Pioneering Research: Collaborate with PhD researchers to explore novel applications in Generative AI and Neuromorphic Computing.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the technical bridge between product management, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving innovation in fast-paced environments.
