Core Responsibilities:

- Design and architect next-generation deep learning models capable of processing real-time data streams at scale.
- Lead the technical strategy for migrating legacy infrastructure to quantum-ready, cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Implement robust security protocols and ethical AI guidelines into the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize neural network performance for latency and throughput in production environments.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Transformer architectures.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred.
