Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Tech Stack, ensuring high availability and scalability of AI services.
- Model Optimization: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines using quantization, pruning, and tensor compilation techniques.
- Agentic Systems: Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and multi-step decision-making.
- RAG Implementation: Develop robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to ensure factual accuracy and context awareness.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency of deployed models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and experience with Rust or C++ for high-performance computing.
- Frameworks: Deep experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and modern vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
