Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable deep learning frameworks tailored for 2026 enterprise standards.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Lead efforts in model compression and quantization to improve inference speed on edge devices.
- Research & Development: Publish papers and prototypes exploring the intersection of Quantum Computing and AI.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define the 2026 product roadmap in collaboration with the CTO and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Core Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in building production-grade AI systems.
- Specialization: Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
