Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems focused on long-term scalability and efficiency.
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning models, including Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Oversee the deployment of models in production environments, ensuring reliability and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing microservices and cloud-native AI infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
