Responsibilities

- AI Integration Strategy: Bridge the gap between theoretical AI capabilities and practical, deployable software solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading long-term technical roadmaps and strategic planning.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
