- Lead Ethical AI: Spearhead the development and enforcement of ethical AI frameworks, ensuring transparency, fairness, and bias mitigation in all automated decision-making systems.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing teams to develop hybrid algorithms that leverage quantum supremacy for future-proof data processing.
- Technical Strategy: Translate high-level business requirements into technical blueprints, defining the technology stack and roadmap for our upcoming products.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor a diverse team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to drive strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face transformers. Experience with large language models (LLMs) and fine-tuning is required.
- Systems Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams and real-time inference.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving ambiguous, high-impact technical problems.
