Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for large-scale AI models and neural networks.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the exploration of novel algorithms in Reinforcement Learning and Multi-Modal Learning.
- Mentor & Inspire: Guide a team of talented ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Optimize Performance: Push the boundaries of inference speed and model efficiency using cutting-edge hardware accelerators.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate theoretical research into deployable production solutions.
- Stay Ahead: Continuously evaluate emerging trends in the AI landscape to ensure our technology remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Model Expertise: Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) or Multimodal systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex systems and optimize for production environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
